NASHVILLE MAKES A TRADE.

It has been a long time that the Nashville Predators haven't made a trade, and there they go busting themselves one again.

With a trade that was very unsuspected, Todd Bertuzzi was traded from Detroit to be playing with the Nashville Predators. GM Johnny provides details on why Bertuzzi is a fit. "To me, looking at Nashville, they are a very physical group, and Bertuzzi here is an excellent physical person who can also put up points and has great amount of skill."

Let's not mention that he was a veteran as well which can show leadership among the Nashville Predators. With Todd on the line, this means a more physical line-up for the Predators.

With the focus of Nashville Predators making it to the the playoffs, they continue to struggle even though they have an unbelievable defensive core along with a brick wall Pekka Rinne.

GM Johnny finally resolves the issue by acquiring depth 3rd and 4th lines.

The Nashville Predators trade away P. Hornqvist, Goalie J Smith, and a 2013 - 4th round pick from Buffalo, all sent to Dallas.

Then the Nashville Predators receive Centre Blair Betts for Brent Andrewws and a 2013 3rd round pick.

Lastly Nashville traded away Brodie Dupont for Colton Gillies, who have similar overalls but received as a lower age.
