Fight Night
- Michalek hit Kessel, and Lupul decided to go after him for it. Michalek dropped Lupul with an uppercut. This led the Senators to a disadvantage early in the first, with Michalek getting thrown out for checking from behind.

Reports have it that a trade is brewing between Tampa Bay and Ottawa. Names such as Michalek, St Louis, Ohlund, Anderson and Condra are floating around.
This just in. Marc Methot and Erik Condra have officially been sent to Tampa Bay Lightning. The Ottawa Senators have also sent a 2014 and 2015 2nd round pick. In return, the Senators receive veteran Martin St Louis and Mattias Ohlund.
Martin St Louis will replace Alfredsson on the 1st line, playing alongside Michalek and Spezza, while bumping Alfie down to 2nd. to play beside Silfverberg and Turris. In 2 games, he has scored 0 points and is at -1. St. Louis will wear #26.
Ohlund will play 3rd line D, being paired with youngster Wiercioch. In two games, Ohlund has 0 points, and is a -1. He will wear #5.
Expect both to start tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers.
