NHL 19 Sliders questions

I started a Dynasty on NHL 19 but the sliders we're all out of wack. Does anyone have any good sliders they used? I'm looking to kick start a Dynasty.

Depends on what you're looking for.

There's a slider thread that has a bunch of different options.

I went with AlTito's, but upped the shooting accuracy a bit, just to see the shot numbers reflect a little more accurately with my gameplay style. In turn, I bumped up both user and CPU goaltending sliders, because with more accurate shots, the goals per game jumped massively, and the goaltenders were letting in a lot more fluke goals. If I recall correctly, I don't have a slider below 75 when it comes to goaltending.
