The White Sox jumped out to a 2-0 lead, but the Tigers came right back, tying it on a pair of RBI singles by Kyle Dutcher, and Spencer Torkelson. The Tigers took the lead in the 7th on Justyn-henry Malloy's first home run of the season. They would add an insurance run on a Parker Meadows RBI single later in the 7th. Detroit would hold on for a 4-2 win. Reese Olson went 7 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits, with 7 strikeouts.

Detroit cpmpleted the sweep of the White Sox, with a 7-2 win. Kyle Dutcher (7) homered, and drove in three. Zach McKinstry drove in two. Casey Mize went 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits, with 7 strikeouts, earning his first win of the season.
