Following the game, the Tigers optioned reliever Brennan Hanifee, who pitched two scoreless innings tonight, to Triple A Toledo. This likely means that reliever Will Vest will be activated from the I.L. before tomorrow night's game. Vest was dealing with shoulder soreness.
