Death Penalty OD

-Each person picks a school to start as an OC/DC with. Any school you want but preferably 1 team per division to minimize user games during the first stage.

-At seasons end each OC/DC will take the first 1 star HC position they are offered.
No custom playbooks

-At position changes, every player will be moved to Punter. This will make the computer give you an entire team of walk-ons.

-At cut players, cut all of your punters

Recruiting Restrictions
Year 1- 10 Scholarships
Year 2- 10
Year 3- 12
Year 4-12
Year 5-15
Year 6- 25

Teams can only recruit their home state plus their neighboring states for the first 5 years.
The exception is teams that land in California, Texas, and Florida. They must stick to only their state for 5 years.
Year 6 you may recruit anywhere.

Coaching XP
-OC/DC will start with 1 XP and can use them as they are earned.
-Once you take your 1 star HC, you can continue to use your XP on recruiting only.
-There will be no max on coaching XP for recruiting
-Once you are a HC, no XP points may be used on GM/OC/DC

Alot of this is on your honor. This group has been together for awhile so we should be able to do this no problem. I know the computer will want to add extra players on signing day. We need to make sure each team knows what players they already signed and then cut the "extra" ones.
