Looking for a SIM no switch league for Madden 18. I'd prefer to play with the Raiders if possible. I'm a seasoned cfm vet and not new to os leagues. I tend to like a league with somewhat strict rules, but not ridiculously strict. I only join one league each year so I'm dedicated to that one league. I'm 38yrs old and switch back and forth between night and day shift work, but I can usually find a time to play with a 3 day or more advance schedule.

That squad will be open/revolving door. Anyway I'll focus on my LG where bunch of sissies claiming to be men don't get wet during trash talking aka spitting facts.
