I'm looking for a quality full-ish sim league on XB1. It has been a few years since I ran in an OS league but I used to run in AGS on PS4 and Arm Chair QB's for APF and Madden 11 back in the day. Around 2-3 games per week would be perfect and I'm pretty flexible on team choice.

The last couple years I've been stuck in the Madden paradox. Playing the CPU gets a bit boring but I love franchise. Online games are fun and thrilling for a bit unless the cheese kicks in and I miss franchise. Online league is the best of both world but I stepped away the last couple years (other than playing with friends) due to scheduling and just general normal online league garbage. Anyway, this feels like the year to get back into a full online franchise. PM me if you think I would be a good fit for your league.
