Sim Players Club (SPC)
The Culture
Is a CFM played on XboxOne. The goal of our league(s) is to make game play on Xbox very real through how we engage our users to our culture. We ask all of them to follow rules that the community has created to make sure we all play the game with integrity and philosophies and strategies matched by real coaches of the NFL. We make sure this way of thinking runs throughout our community for team roster building, team transactions, trades and more. We are a heavily SIM culture given the name of the club.

Settings
Our Leagues start in August and run to June each season (think of a public-school year). We normally reach 5 to 6 years of play. Our games last 50 to 55 min max. Due to majority vote this season we have allowed custom playbooks. Don’t fear if you’re one who thinks its all cheese. We have placed measures in our league to prevent that from being the case. For example, you must run the ball a certain number of plays and no play can be called a certain number of times. Our Games are played on ALL Madden, Superstar Abilities on. With a custom set of sliders to get a more simulated feel from the game.
