Looking for sim players (Not looking for a league)

I'm on Xbox One, and I'm looking for people to add to my friends list. I can't commit to a league due to my work schedule and I figure there's got to be other people like that on here.

I try to play as sim as possible, but honestly if you can just refrain from going for it on 4th down every play and dropping back 15 yards every snap, you're already an improvement from what I've encountered thus far.
