No, that's included in the Start Today download.

I'm using the latest version of this mod and the start today mod as well as the CFM AI logic and for some reason whenever I try to play games they dont load. It just gets stuck on the loading screen for hours. Anyone have any suggestions? They would be much appreciated!

delete the mod data folder in your madden install directory and then launch through FMM again
