I'm playing as the Cards vs the Rams and Brandon Cooks has come down with at least 3 jump balls in the middle of 3 defenders. Is this typical in the mod? Or maybe just an anomaly in a small sample size?

I appreciate the work you're putting in!

nothing in the mod was changed that should effect ball spotting, just factory issues lol

About difficulty and sliders, are those being default and All Madden a MUST for this to work, and tweaking them would break it, or is it personal preference? I've been back and forth on AM and AP for these, and I actually find myself preferring AP, but wondering if doing that is not recommended?

And would changing the speed parity mess with anything? I believe a developer said that 70 was the proper "sim" speed, but not sure if doing that would cause problems with the mod.
its ur game, whatever brings you the best results do it.. i tested the mod on AM default so something isnt up to par after you made the edits, unfortunately i cant help

speed threshold any settings you like

I'm not sure what I did wrong when installing the mod, but when I load up the game through frosty mod manager I get stuck at the Belichick loading screen endlessly loading.

Re: Sabo's The Revival Gameplay Mod - Madden 20 Edition

So i wanted to show my appreciation and say thank you for this mod. This has been great to play in a limited 4 game sample. I wanted to say what I've come across to say thank you and show how im somewhat amazed at what this has done for the game.

1: The first thing i noticed off the bat, you somehow fixed special teams and didn't mention it. (or i didn't notice it) I actually have to decide if i want a fair catch now. And if i dont, I actually have a chance to return the ball and follow my blockers. Unlike the default game where you may beat 1 defender then have to run out of bounds or into a wall of defenders. Something with covering punts. The CPU actually has to have a return game now. Same goes for kick off's. Bravo and thank you for that.

2: The game calling on the CPU is much better and life like. They actually run the ball. And if they have the lead. the run the ball, and run the ball, and run the ball. Maybe pass but they run the ball. it's great. I was trailing the Bengals most of the game, and they ended up with a run pass ratio of 61% of run plays. I was so frustrated in the fact i couldn't stop the 3 and 4 yard runs and they managed to march down the field with them. It was almost like they knew i couldn't stop it. so why change unless in a 3rd and long?

3: The coverage on both CPU and player teams has been top notch. I'm not great at Madden so I've been struggling a bit finding an open man. And if taking too long, i actually have a fear of being hit now. The same thing with the CPU on offense. I know that if my coverage can hold long enough; the QB is going down. And colored me surprise, in my first game on the first drive, the CPU actually through the ball away before i could get the sack.

4: The game stats and the flow of the game is much more realistic. No longer am i giving up 350 yards passing to a team that only scores 10 or 17 points. No longer am I running for 150+ yards a game with ease. Drives stall after 10 plays (both user or cpu) or there is quick strikes if there is a mistake in D.

5: Not really a compliant, just asking, what would be a way for me to lower my receivers dropping the ball almost every time they get hit? The only criticism i might have is that this seems a little too high. The cpu can have the defender hit them and hold on the ball at almost a 3 to 1 ration then I do in games. Depnding on recieving corp, i could understand this. But If im the saints against the Dolphins, it just seems a bit off.

Again, thanks for the mod and the hard work. I can finally play real simulation football again.

Catching is universal so changes effects both use and cpu.. if you keep having issues join the discord and i can walk you through some suggestions.. too hard to do on a forum

I might be in a minority here but i find this mod awful, o-line don't block for the run at all, QB becomes useless unless Tom Brady (I target a Receiver doing a hitch the QB throws a slant causing in an interception) receivers can't catch for ****, and AI way too perfect, AI QB always have perfect accuracy and always find the right throws, not to mention the AI RB's are way too op, 4/5 times it's a 10 yard run with the occasional TFL.

The good - Pass Protection, great balance.

and by the way the broken tackles are just ridiculous, i just went against a 70 something HB and he straight broke like 4 tackles on a return for 45 yards, if it was saquon or zeke i would understand, but this **** is laughable
