My game is running butter smooth on my Oled in 4K just had to lock it at 120fps and lower crowd to high

I gotta say I was wrong about Madden on the pc. It’s night and day compared to consoles. I’m running everything on ultra settings and 4k and it feels like a completely different game. I know the series x says this game runs at 120fps but I don’t believe it does. On the series x it drops the resolution on cutscenes and never looks or feels this smooth. I’ve never played madden where it felt this smooth or look this good.
