Madden 24 PC recording with OBS

Are there M24 PC gamers out there that record their games with OBS? If so, what settings to you use for recording in OBS? I have an R7 5800x 32 GB ram and RX6700xt and am getting micro stutters in my recordings. I have plenty of headroom in my rig as it only uses about 70% of my CPU and 45-50% of my GPU while recording. I've set the recordings to simple and countless different settings on Advanced and still I get micro stuttering.

I would like feedback on what settings others are using to record with? Not streaming settings for I don't do streaming.

I appreciate the link and have used it. Doesn't make any difference in the final outcome. Still stuttering.
Thanks though. I can't believe that I'm the only one experiencing this issue though.
