If I had to rank these five mods in the order of what I would be most excited about, it would go:

1. NCAA Mod
2. Presentation/Overlay
3. Simplified Roster Editing
4. Uniforms/Accessories
5. Field Art

I understand how limited the NCAA mod would be but just to see the college teams and players on the field with the updated graphics would be amazing to me. I've always wanted to have different bottom lines/graphical overlays for stat boxes so if we were able to have multiple themes for those I think it would improve immersion.

The Most Anticipated Mods For Madden 19 on PC

I remember when a group of us modded a full NCAA hockey game over one of the early 2000s EA NHL games (04?) and the NCAA sent us a Cease and Desist letter. Good times from the grump asses in Indy.

I would kill for a new NCAA football game. A mod of madden...meh. I don't want 32 teams, I want all of them. I want the full schedule, full recruiting, etc. Anything less than that is just not going to scratch that itch for me.


I'd be quite happy just to have global roster/coach editing.

Yeah I’ve never enjoyed college mods on pro games. Just nowhere the same and gets quite boring quick.

I'm mostly hoping for presentation/audio updates. NFL on CBS, Fox, ESPN, etc., and having different PA announcers and intro packages would be a nice start.

We should also see a lot of player face updates and tattoos being added.

Hopefully EA makes the files easy to access and mod, even if they aren't officially supporting it.

Obviously we all want a full college game, but for me, when I get the itch I'd prefer at least the mod over nothing.



My most excited mods are any presentation overlays we can change, any possible CFM changes we can make, and roster editing being streamlined. Give me something that allows me to mass edit with ease to fix any issues I have to make gameplay better and I'll be a happy camper.

For me:

1. Uniforms
2. Presentation/overlays
3. Field/stadium art

I can't wait to create new Jets uniforms and end zone art.

I'm about to be a PC gamer for the first time since the early 90s.

My list :
- Global (quick editor) for rosters and coaches

- field art ( walls, jumbotrons, crowds) probably will feel most rewarding.

- accessories ( multiple mouth guard brands, custom cleats , things like so.)

- presentation banners and music. Literally could have 3 different scoreboards and overlays fully fleshed out by this time next year at the latest barring all is well

This thread is ice on the cake . I'm going build a pc especially after hearing you can run over 60 fps and graphics

play editor, adjust rosters for injuries/suspensions etc, contract flexibility ie use cap now etc., training camp like 08, and weekly training like nfl2k5 but via madden for mod

one mod I havent seen mentioned thats actually my personal favorite is using a mod called Calhoupe's Madden Scripts on Madden 2008 - you can make the game play way faster, I think its 3x speed. what I mean is, you can play a CPU vs CPU game 15 minute quarters and it takes like 5-10 minutes, the game plays the same its just in fast forward mode. this makes for a dream-like CPU vs CPU franchise since everything is actually played out on the field. the "sim" stats are actually real stats. and you can turn it off during crunch time to enjoy a close finish to a game for example. you get to see all the games around the league without having to sit through 45 minute cpu vs cpu game. makes for some of the most authentic franchises I've ever had.
