It was made with the latest patch 1.18 (1-23-19) So it should work. Check your files.

When I load the game through Frosty I see the load screen for about 10 seconds until the game will just shut down completely, so I'll need to go in and load the game back up again - but same issue.

Any chance of an NBC Mod sometime soon? Since the Superbowl was on NBC.
The Fox one looks incredible and I'm thoroughly enjoying it but I feel like an NBC would fit M18 the most just cause the SB was on NBC.
