Frosty doesn't create Moddata Folder

Hi guys when I launch the game with Frosty, it doesn't create Moddata Folder and doesn't launche the game. I have this error in the picture. What is the problem and how can I fix it please?

I am not a expert in any way when it comes to this game but when you try to add the exe file for the game and you want it to create a subfolder you need to use the exe in the game file location instead of the exe on the desktop otherwise you will get an error like you are getting
