Don’t laugh, but is anyone playing Madden 19 on a laptop?

Is anyone playing Madden 19 on a laptop? I need to get a new PC to play the game, and I could use a laptop in general, so I was wondering if there was a laptop someone could recommend?

Yes, I realize I’d be better off with a tower, but I wanted to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Thanks in advance.

Why would anyone laugh? I'd say most working people have a laptop as their primary computer nowadays, and with mobile offices, shared space, or whatever business trend is fashionable, the days of dedicated towers are pretty numbered (although I like them just like anyone else who likes computers).

Having said that, my understanding from the discussion in here and elsewhere is that without a decent dedicated graphics card (which almost no work-oriented computers have), it's a no-go on laptop.

Similar Rig here but GTX970m instead. It's pretty decent. Can't run maxed at 1920x1080 but close.

I think you should be able to run it maxed out, just set LOCK TO 60FPS, DX11, Vertical sync and triple buffering OFF (turn them on in nvidia control panel) and crowd to LOW, I have everything maxed out and with 8xAA and 8X supersampling in nvidia control panel and DSR to 1440p and and it runs at 60 fps, on some cut scenes it goes to 30fps but there's no stuttering those are smooth 30fps.

I've got an MSI laptop that I play on. Game runs great, made sure I installed it on the SSD so it loads super fast when exiting menus.

I hook it up to my 65 inch on the weekend, but don't play in 4K as I like playing in 60 FPS.

It looks just fine in 1920x10180 on the laptop screen or the big tv.

I tried it on the day it launched and haven't played it on laptop since we all have discovered a lot of the things that cause framerate issues. I did have it locked at 60 and it was very smooth but I had turned down a lot of settings. I will go back in and bring them back up until I see it starting to struggle a little. Thanks!
