1991 Redskins vs 1998 Falcons
Rypien started this game badly throwing 2 picks both leading to TD's for the Falcons. The Redskins looked pretty bad for most of the 1st half but managed to cut the lead to 14-7 right before half time. The 2nd half was a back and forth battle with both teams moving the ball well. The Falcons maintained the lead until late in the 4th qtr when Chandler threw a pick 6 giving the Redskins a 31-28 lead. The Falcons 2 minute O was on point tho and moved down the field with the aid of a face mask penalty setting up the tying FG to bring the game into OT. The Falcons received the kick and looked like they were going to drive for the game winning TD but the Redskins finally held tough on their own 9 yard line and Atlanta kicked the FG. The 1st play after the kickoff Ricky Sanders would break a tackle and go 72 yrds for the game winning TD. 34-31 Redskins!

1972 Dolphins vs 2015 Cardinals
Things started off looking good for Miami as Csonka would bowl over a defender and rumble for a 50 yard TD run, but that was one of the few highlights for them this day. The Dolphins couldn't seem to do anything to stop the Cardinals passing attack as Palmer would complete a high percentage of his passes and pick up a lot of 1st downs. Arizona would quickly get the lead and then maintain that lead for the duration winning 31-16.

1985 Bears vs 1996 Chargers
This was a tightly fought match. The Chargers 1st drive looked like it was going to stall but a defensive pass interference call kept it going and then a bit later LaDainian Tomlinson had 1 of his only 2 decent runs of the game, a 22 yarder where he spinned around 1 defender and juked another before running into the endzone. The Bears 1st drive was nice as well, that is until McMahon was picked off by Merriman at the 19. The Bears would have none of that and Duerson picked off Rivers the very next play, unfortunately the drive would end when McMahon was sacked outside of FG range. Chicago's punt was a good one tho and it ended up costing the Chargers a safety when Tomlinson was stopped in the end zone, and the Bears would turn that safety into a TD their next drive. The score would be 12-7 Bears at the half. The Chargers would score quickly in the 3rd after a 76 yard pass to Parker, taking the lead 15-12. The Bears lead 22-15 going into the 4th, but a 4 yard run by FB Neal would tie it up 22-22. With the Bears up 25-22 late the Chargers would begin a long drive that looked like it would result in a TD but Duerson would get his 2nd INT of the game picking off Rivers in the end zone. A steady diet of Walter Payton would eat what was left of the clock giving the Bears the 25-22 victory. Good game!

1976 Raiders vs 2013 Seahawks
This was a defensive struggle, but may have not been as close if the Raiders didn't fumble on the Seahawks 5 yard line on the opening drive. They promptly stopped the Seahawks and marched back down to the 9 but were forced to kick a FG. In the 2nd qtr after getting pinned deep with a punt Seattle was nailed for a safety when David Rowe sacked Russell Wilson in the end zone. The following drive Oakland would march for the first TD of the game leading 12-3 at half. The Raiders would add one more TD in the 4th to put their lead to 19-9 with 5:12 remaining, feeling pretty confident. Seattle would however drive and score with 1:51 remaining making it interesting, but was unable to hold the Raiders on their next drive and time expired. Raiders win 19-16!

I've also decided to go ahead and use the 1975 Steelers team, as they were picked the best team by ESPN and have the best SRS score, and are the best Super Bowl Steelers team by the DVOA ratings. They were also the original team I was going to do until I changed my mind. Again when I'm finished I'll likely be naming the new file Bob3 and leave the other one.

I also plan on doing some big ratings tweaks before I release the next update. Hopefully it'll get the teams playing even more like their true selves.

95 Cowboys vs 69 Chiefs - 34-10 Cowboys, Dallas big plays and Chiefs poor play resulted in blow out.
1988 Bengals vs 99 Jags - 27-20 Jaguars, close game with Jags scoring late.
1986 Giants vs 1972 Dolphins - 35-14 Giants, Giants D dominated, Miami struggled all game.
2006 Chargers vs 2013 Seahawks - 27-15 Seattle, Seahawks pass D gave Rivers fits.

2007 Patriots vs 1999 Rams
This was a pretty close game with the Rams leading for most of the game, but a big 4th quarter by the Patriots and the Rams both not converting the 2 pt conversion late in the 4th and then failing on 4th down on New England's 19 yard line with 19 seconds to go gave the Patriots the win 27-20.
