Are you talking about the website or the origin app? If you are on the website, use the Edge browser and it should work.

Its the app. I had uninstall, erase the cache and then reinstall an old version of Origin.

Do Not update to the newest version of Origin! I did yesterday and thats what caused the problem. I'm not the only one having issues:

I downloaded it 2x (one for my gaming rig and once for my laptop) and it took less than a half hour for both. I have about 480mb with Spectrum and it seemed to use all of it.

I have no idea what the deal is, but Madden 20 isn't being registered as an Origin Access Premier game so I'm not able to download it at all. And yes....I definitely have the membership. All of the other games (BFV, Madden 19, Anthem, etc) let me download, but not Madden 20.
