Re: Post Your Graphics Settings

Am not sure how some are posting running max everything at 4k with specs that should not lend to that

I have RTX 2080ti
I9 9900K
1 tb ssd m.2
32gb or ram

at 4k I have to put crowd at medium and aa to fxx to allow the game to run perfect

If I put msaa it would remove the kicking meter so I have to use FXAA

If I put crowd at ultra it will put the fps at 50 or high 40's in post play cutscenes

Unless you are getting 60fps locked at all times you cannot say 60fps silky smooth

Re: Post Your Graphics Settings

What I'm doing to avoid the missing PlayArt and get MSAA is that i completely disable the AA in-game and enable it in the Nvidia control panel. I have it in override at 8X and 8X supersample, also FXAA and MFAA On, 3 prerender frames max and vsync on fast. In game I have everything at ultra except for crowd wich is at low, DX12, Triple buffereing and vsync off, locked at 60 FPS and AA off (as explained before). With this settings I'm getting the most smooth experience I can achieve with great AA (even better than 4x msaa from in-game options) and without losing artwork. I'm getting constant 60fps with some minor and very rare dips to a minimum of 50fps so it's still great.

my rig
ASUS ROG G751JY Laptop
CPU - i7-4870HQ - Undercloked to max 3.0GHZ and min 2.5GHZ
GPU - GTX 980m 4GB - core overclocked to 1225MHZ and memory core to 2900MHz
the display haz Gsync and 75hz so it also helps to smooth things out

Re: Post Your Graphics Settings

I'll post graphics soon. But boy do I love having this game on SSD! As I click start game in franchise mode (cloud) it takes MAX 1 min to get to kick off

Re: Post Your Graphics Settings

Intel Core i7-4790k CPU @4.00ghz
16gb DDR3 (667 MHz)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti (3584MHz core) (1556MHz clock)

I'm able to run 4k resolution, everything at max settings (I turn AA off because of my resolution), HDR on, DX 11, and maintain 80+ FPS throughout. Cut-scenes of the stadium drops it to the 30's but I'm pretty sure that's because of crowd being on max. I will lower that to medium like last year and I'm sure it will be fine. Game looks amazing and runs very smooth. I may lock it at 60 FPS just to see if it runs any smoother. Noticed some tearing but it was during cut-scenes in QB1 mode so that may just be how the scenes go. Didn't notice it during games.

Re: Post Your Graphics Settings

Disappointed so far. On Madden 19 I could set custom resolutions and was playing near 4K and getting between 50-60FPS with everything maxed except crowd (it would dip into 30fps on cut scenes but I was fine with that as trade off for visuals). For some reason on Madden 20 the custom resolutions aren't working the same (it shrinks screen down with black bars instead of full screen like Madden 19). It also appears for me that HDR is only working on 1920 x 1080 resolution which I don't like to game on.

Will have to play around with settings to see if I can find a sweet spot with 4K I guess (which means turning down details which sucks).

I game with laptop (I7-8750H, 16GB Ram, GTX1060 6GB) and hook it up to 4K TV usually. First game I've had that didn't have the custom resolutions go full screen. Get good performance on 1080P but was hoping to play on higher resolution like last year.

i5-8600

GTX 1070ti

1440p, DX 12, ultra everything.. locked at 60FPS because of my monitor's limitations (60HZ). I need to buy a 144HZ monitor.
