I was too. With uncapped FPS and everything on Max I sit at around 180 FPS. However, I capped the game at FPS and turned on Vsync and it seems to have gotten rid of the tears.

I still get the audio scratching and skipping bug, though.

I noticed the audio skipping bug last night. Cant figure out how to fix it.

PC is a bit old, recently picked up an rx 580 to replace my aging evga 560ti. Having issues with M20 running smooth, last year when M19 first came the game would crash out every 5-10 minutes, I believe it was due to not supporting my i5 out of the box. Recently installed M19 again and runs great.


M20 Settings - Stutters, audio issues, uplayable
Everything off or on low

Went to M19 to check my settings there.

Game plays decent, does have a slight stutter here in there, not sure why increasing the settings smoothed it out a bit. Problem I have right now is with the audio, it isn't clear. Hopefully this gets addressed (if it isn't just on my end).

Might stick to M19 since I only started playing it a couple weeks ago after noticing it was now free. However, will keep an eye for any solutions to audio issue, M20 gameplay making me want to move to the premier service or at least pick up the game itself. Still have 9 hours left on my trial to see if I want to make the switch.

FSU we have damn near the exact same setup, what voltage are you at on the cpu?

Just like last year, the game runs fine so long as Crowd Quality is set to Medium or below. The moment you step up to High/Ultra you lose 30+ FPS. I was really hoping they'd optimize that somehow, but oh well.

And incredibly, MSAA is still broken. Last year it disabled weather effects, and this year it frequently causes play art/kicking meters to not show up at all. How this continues to make it through testing is beyond me. There's absolutely no excuse.
