I updated it some, if High works for you then you can just do High, but getting it to go to Realtime I had to add the changes I posted above.

lol I just realized that I somehow set my 120hz monitor to 60hz, for who knows how long, which seems to have been the source of my slight stuttering issue.

game runs like sheet, using the trial from basic subscription. setting the runtime helped a bit but the vsynch etc don't even work. dx12 is worse, etc etc game is horrible never seen such a mess I cant believe people are saying it runs buttery smooth lol

my gtx 970 gets slaughtered when attempting 4k; it is 90% stressed!

The best I can run @ a consistent 60fps (cut scenes included) is:

Madden settings:
vsync- off
triple buffer- off
fxaa -off
HDR -off
2k
3d grass -on
everything else- off
medium mesh
low shadows
low crowd

Nividia settings

Anisotropic filtering- 2x
FXAA -on
Antialiasiang -on
antialiasing mode- override any app setting
antialiasing setting- 4x
antialiasing transparency- 2x (supersample)
Cuda- all
MFAA- on
Shader- on
Texture filtering Anisotropic- on
Texture filtering Negative LOD- Clamp
Triple buffering- on
Vsync- on
(Everything else)- default global setting

Re: Post Your Graphics Settings

ive got the trial to be playable so far. what I do is when I start the game and its loading ctrl alt delete set details then set madden to realtime. then in game settings restrict to 60fps and vsync turn off ssao and hq dof and run rest at high with crowd low at 4k

It does run great if you are not limited to an i5 which is known to have issues. So do not bump everyone to the same situation

It appears that your i5 might be the issue:

I have an i7 and, I hate to say it, but it's buttery smooth. Hope you find a solution.
