Player Portrait / Face Editing - Anyone know anything?

Anyone have any knowledge on portrait editing? Links, info, whatever helps. I'm hoping it might be possible to edit in better portraits for a draft class. I'm so disappointed in the current portraits available for rookies, so I'm willing to put some work in to try and get some better ones going

I tried to make Tua Tagovailoa's face insteed of Tyrod Taylor's face. It's very difficult. I don't know how to edit the 3D-model so face texture and model can synchronize.

As for the 3rd faces in game, I'm pretty sure EA scans the faces using some sort of capture device because if they could just create these faces from a picture then all the players would probably have their real faces.

Which part, importing the portraits still works using the method TheBleedingRed21 did I posed from youtube. I did one last night. I have not tried to edit any 3D faces though if that is the process you mean.
