I looked through the various shader presets and didn't see anything that looked like it might be related to the texture and reflective properties of pants. Anyone have any idea how I might adjust that?

You will have to change the rsm texture which stands for reflective shadow map. I think Dallas have some reflection in their pants so take a look at the color they use.
