Intermittent Game Crashes

I've played two games tonight and during the 1st quarter both games have crashed to desktop. Doesn't appear to have a pattern to it, just going from a replay to the playcall screen it CTD. Anyone else having this issue?

Please delete this. I simply restarted my PC and it seemed back to normal.

Happening for me too. Random crashes, no error message, in the middle of game. Freeze for 2 seconds, desktop

Can't see a pattern either

With every game I've played since the patch dropped today, I have a directx error that causes the game to either freeze randomly going from a play to the play call screen. The audio seems to continue going since it still plays and there is a session of the game going on, or so it says, when I try to open the game again. Did EA do something with the Direct X setting in this patch, because I don't see it in the patch notes?

I know I had a problem with crashes related to a custom playbook. It was some sort of RPO play that would cause a CTD every time it was called (I play CPU vs CPU). I forgot which one it was, so I removed them all and never had that issue again.

I have a similar issue, my game locks up and freezes constantly, sometimes needing to turn off my PC because it just won't let me do anything else. I had absolutely no problems with Madden 19 and my PC is good enough to run Madden 20, is it poorly optimized? I'm glad I waited for the Black Friday sale instead of paying full price. EA seems like they took a step back.

Yeah, I built a new pc for Cyberpunk, i9 9900k 2080ti. Madden only game that constantly crashes.

I've started getting crashes this week as well. Usually happens as I'm loading into a Franchise game.
