    Mod Releases file format

Why are some mods uploaded as fbproject and others as fbmod?

I'm trying to use some of the mods but cant because it doesn't up when i try to import it.

is it something i'm suppose to do to make it a fbmod file?

FBprojects are opened in the Frosty Editor and can be edited and then launched with that configuration or exported to an fbmod from there. Think of fbprojects like the source code. The fbmods are loaded in the Frosty Mod Manager and can be used in conjunction with other fbmods.
