If you hate the minimum position requirements, you can always disable the mod during the regular season and only leave it active for the off-season.

Roster Ranking
-Increased the minimum overall for all positions
-Tightened the grading system to encourage teams to upgrade the position
-Unfortunately the game still doesn't value low rated QBs
Regression
-Made guys lose most of their regression points at the peak age of their position and slowly drop after that
-No longer do guys like Matt Ryan end their career at a 66 overall
Active Roster Minimum
-Increased the active minimum to force teams to go in to season with balanced rosters
-No longer go in to a game against the CPU with 1 healthy HB and FB
-Increases practice squad stealing for guys you have stashed away
Cap Casualties
-Teams will release overpaid players depending on their age/overall to help with salary cap management
Free Agency
-All teams will be more aggressive in signing needs, will even try to outbid you
-Increased the minimum overall to get all higher rated positions signed
-Older players are valued more and get offers
Trade Logic
-Revamped the draft chart value to match real life
-Increased offers users get in trade block
-Increased how CPU values their own draft picks in player trades
(CPU will still make some silly offers during draft, up to user to not abuse)
Retirement
-Revamped retirement chances so older players stick around longer if rated high enough
Weekly Game Boosts
-Removed all in game ability boosts from training/gameplans since the CPU can't use it
