Rookie Portraits in Franchise

Is there a way (with any of the editors or utilities) to change the portrait IDs of drafted rookies to actual portraits, either in the draft class or in franchise after the draft? The cartoony portraits have come a long way since the old days, but I'd love to be able to actually change to a portrait.

P.S. Thanks all of you who have put so much work into developing the tools that bring new life to the vanilla game.
