M25 Classic Draft Class thread (1993-????)

I will be making draft classes to go with Teach's 1992 roster for M25. I have currently named the 1993 draftees and notable UDFAs. I noticed when I was reorganizing the prospect rankings into the sequence they were drafted I did miss 3-4 draftees that never made a roster in the NFL. I don't plan on going back to add them. I will begin ratings and equipment this weekend. They will be in line with how Teach rates his rosters.

Here is the file I mentioned to you. You can make adjustments where you think it is needed.

You will notice that the AGI ratings are generally fairly high. This is on purpose, especially as it applies to the OLine. To make sure that they do not move like backs, keep the Change of Direction low for lineman.
s
Also, STR ratings for Dline and some LBs needs increased depending on the player. Typically increase DTs and 3-4 DE type guys up into the low to upper 80s. Some guys of course can get into the 90s if you think they should.

Also, use the ACC rating to differentiate lineman on both sides of the ball.

For Dline, the Pursuit rating is important in terms of sacks. If a consistently got 3-5 sacks a year, start that rating around 75. If they were not a push rush threat, keep the Pursuit rating under 75. For big name pass rushers take them into the mid 80s and up. The only guys that should have that rating in the 90s would be HOF type guys.

The above does not apply for non-pash rushing LBs or DBs.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks dude. Been leaning on your 93 set from M23 to fill in gaps for ratings for some dudes.

Are you being universal in helmet and pad size in your roster set? I've started on ratings, but plan to wait on equipment until after you drop your roster so I can make sure equipment is consistent between the roster and class.

For helmets I use the old Riddell and the Schutt (Advantage I think, it has the holes on top). Players wore both. Then for Kickers and Punters that need the single bar, the only option is the really old Riddell.

For shoulder pads I use a variety. Really just looking at the pads in the pictures and try to match it. There was actually much more variety in shoulder pads back in the 90s than there is today.

In terms of equipment, I really just try to match what players wore the best I can. For shoes I use the 70s-80s Nike a lot. Also the retro Jordans (both high and low top) The 80s Addidas and the Addidas Nasty.

Thanks. The helmets were my biggest question equipment wise. Didn't know if you used both older style helmets or not.

QBs, RBs, FBs, and WRs are rated. If you're looking to help expedite the process, shoot me a PM.
