Are classic rosters possible for PS4?

I assume its done the same way that I was able to update my PS4 on day 1 (not only was PSN down most of the day, I could not connect to PSN because my dorm reqquired me to sign-on via a website, and I couldn't use the Web Browser until I had connected to PSN - had to find a place on campus and use a wireless connection to get it up and running).

Basically external storage is not ideal currently, however its not impossible.
