CFM - Imported Roster Consistency Bug

Sorry if this is a repost, but I can't figure out for life of me... New Madden player here... What is up with created players having zero consistency / confidence when you import rosters to CFM (offline)?

I am trying to play CFM and using updated rosters from community and it seems that all created players have this issue when you import and start up in franchise mode. Could someone please help me or direct me to link for help?

Yeah, I was wondering about this before, to the best of my knowledge there is nothing you can do about it. Maybe someone else knows a work around, but I think it is what it is, you are stuck with zero consistency for all created players.

I'll upload the roster I'm using. I started with a 2kshare roster and replaced almost all of the major rookies that were CAP with the consistency/confidence bug with versions of the player that don't have the bug.

Roster is uploaded under the username nfc3po (the letter o, not a zero). CFM16ROSTER is the title I believe.
