The other thing I really need to know that the video did not show, is the list of all of the Player Traits. I am going to be adding all of those to the site, but I need to know what they are in the game first.

Yeah I saw that too. TBH, the AWR rating should affect penalties, IMO. The penalty on/off switch for every player is a bit misleading as no player will likely never commit a penalty ever.

I guess it depends on if a player is LIKELY or not to commit a penalty.

That would be something to test out in-game.
