Wont let me download shared files

It keeps saying error occurred try again later.. i dont get it

it was doing this last night, i was able to download one file, and then about 20 minutes later nothing,

What system? I'm on ps4 and able to d/l rosters off roster share.

same system weird, maybe ill delete stuff or see what i can do...

plus i was getting some notification saying something about online storage file not saved or something like that i dunno i mean i dont really need to DL any certain roster right now , i did want Hayne on SF he isnt even on the game but oh well. no biggie,

U have to keep trying and hope u get lucky.. Madden share is some buggy crap this year

I haven't had any issues and I've d/l rosters with no problems just got 3 of them back to back to back.

I have not been able to download new roster since Tuesday. I even reinstalled MADDEN 16 on PS4 and still the same. Weird that some are having download problems and others aren't.

Same problem, contacted EA tech support. They had me do several things, i.e. re-boot my modum and router, delete all files, etc. etc., etc. Nothing worked. They have kicked it up to a higher level of support, hopefully they'll have a resolution soon. They are aware that it is effecting several people.

Haven't gotten a response back from EA yet. Has anyone resolved the problem on their own, or found out what the cause is. i've repeatedly tried to download a file with no luck

I can't download defensive play books for whatever reason. Rosters aren't a problem, but everything else seems to give issues

+1 on the roster downloads. Progress bar fills but then error message pops up. Annoying to say the least

I'm in the same boat. Nothing from Madden share. Bar fills up and I get "An error has occurred while downloading the file. Please try again."

I was able to download on Tuesday but it's been like this for 3 days now. I figured it was everybody.

Ive been trying to download rosters since i got the game. Which was Tuesday at 5pm and still nothing. If they know about this and have amped up there effforts (ea), this is sad it's been almost 5 days with no solution. Ridiculous
