There is a really good explanation on the forum. Armor and Sword put it together. Check in the main Madden 16 forum section on here. If you still need help let me know and I will try to explain it, but Armor's explanation is pretty clear and better than I could do. lol

Speaking of 32 team CFM. Do the run/pass tendencies work this year when creating a coach?

I am not sure how effective it is. I have not tested much. From what I have gathered is seems to at least have an effect when you play the games. However, I do not know if it makes a difference on simmed games. I would love to hear from someone who can shed some light on the topic.

reason I ask is I set up a 32 team CFM w/ your 86 roster and created all the coaches. I used 50/50 run/pass for every team. I play coach only. Played as Browns. 1st game vs Jets the Jets threw 35 times and ran 2!!! I got frustrated and quit in the 3rd quarter. Tried playing the game again and same thing happened. I redid season using existing coaches then went into each team and changed the off/def schemes as per 86 teams... and am currently in week 13 and have seen pretty good run/pass ratios. Oddly seems to be even more running than than would be expected considering I used current coaches??? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm seeing something similar....oddly, with the Jets as well. Unfortunately, EA in all their "wisdom" has decided that users cannot see the run/pass ratio settings for existing coaches so we can get a feel for what settings correspond to certain run/pass ratios. Nor can we edit created coaches once they have been created. EA really needs to incorporate coaches into roster files for next year (like they did for NCAA 14).

I set-up a 32 team CFM using the suggested ratios and Warner had over 6500 yards passing and Jim Miller (of all people) also nearly cracked 6000 yards. The running game sim stats, oddly enough, did not look half bad.

Now, I'm not worried about the sim stats as long as the game on the field plays out how it should. We'll see how it goes....
