No, it has not. However, I'm starting to create guys tonight. I wish I had more CAP spaces so I could create all the guys, but I'm essentially screwed. All I can do is the 1st and 2nd round guys.

Ya that kinda sucks. How do you determine players ratings? I suppose you can make all the draft picks punters and sign them cheap and change them back?

i read if u make the CAP Limit the game freezes more and stuff but that might be just a ps3 thing

Not sure how I'll handle their contracts just yet. Probably just sign them to 2-3 year deals.
