How you guys don't get an offer to create rosters for EA is beyond me. They have all tools at their disposal...yet year after year their rosters are nowhere close to as good as you and other solid roster creators.

Would love to know the reason / why EA puts out subpar rosters and don't at least outsource to guys like you, rovert & mizzou??

I actually messaged him earlier today because I had some questions on how to get into editing rosters for a living and how exactly he got into it. It may sound corny but it is one of my dreams to help develop rosters for Madden. Haha

The kind words are definitely appreciated! I would, however, say that the EA crew did a better job this year than previous years. And I'm not really sure what limitations they have on creating people and what not. Mine is a custom, community made roster so I don't need the rights to use a player in my roster. Whereas EA has to get permission from the NFLPA and all that jazz. I have a ton of respect for what the roster crew does; it's definitely not easy to please everyone. Haha

i agree with u but in EA deference thay cant just create any guy they want they have to get appoval from NFLPA first because if it was up to me there are about 50-60 FA that are retired and wouild be removed in fact here are a few

Already know about what you're getting at with NFLPA and etc.
Even with those limitations, you and your contemporaries (great roster creators) could do a better job even with restrictions.
