Playmakers Madden 17 1990's Classic Rosters

Huge difference between 25 and 17

There's literally no lefties in madden 25.....which makes it tough to get the following players right until you get to franchise mode

Steve Young
Mark Brunell
Boomer Esiason
Scott Mitchell
Todd Marinovich

Morten Anderson
Joe Nedney

Most of them will be righty and have to be switched later as i try to limit the amount created players don't like seeing rookie listed to a 30 year old player

Ea removed the following Traits for QB's

Throw Tight spiral (Which really helped player seperation in Madden 25)

You would actually see some wobbly passes with that Trait and reduced qb arm strength

Also they removed the QB run from pocket Trait which really made Steve Young, Mark Brunell and Randall Cunningham pretty dangerous if the pocket collapsed.

In fact even with a pocket QB that Trait allowed certain guys like Aikman and the older version of Elway to still run occasionally

Yeah my favorite era of sports for the nba, nfl and college football

I love the QB's of the 90'S Aikman, marino, elway, young, Montana, favre, Cunningham and Kelly

The list is full of quality talent

first off I appreciate all you guys who put together these classic rosters ... just out of curiosity do you have approx idea of when these will be available for download ? I haven't really seen any on xbox1 so far and I check pretty frequently .. I'm assuming it's just because they take so much time to put together and the game is pretty fresh .... just want to make sure i'm not missing something when I'm searching for roster downloads ... thanks again !

I can only speak for myself but it'll probaby take me til late October early November before my set is released simply because I'm so hell bent on making sure most of the players have appropriate height, weight and age that matches the year I'm creating them.....

I'm very detailed oriented so it makes it tough for me to rush these rosters i update correct college information along with each players city-state they were born and rate every single player on the file right down to the long snappers LOL

It's a long pocess but IMO if your going to do classic rosters you should be dedicated and motivated to do it right and to me that process takes time .

It's not a option til you get to cfm.....

I'm not sure why ea did it that way makes it tough for guys like myself who edit the rosters initially out of cfm.....

But atleast they give us the option later

I'll have to add a list once the rosters are ready that includes which QB's should be edited to have Throws Tight Spiral On or Off
