When does EA come out with the updated rosters

What day of the week do they come out with the updated rosters from the previous week? I checked last night and it said my rosters were updated yet jeremy maclin was playing in the game but still injured on my game.

Usually on Thursdays.

Both this week's and last week's roster update both include WR Jeremy Maclin as a healthy starter....
maybe after you download the newest roster you need to actually go and load the roster manually? Not sure....

Are there any EA rosters that have the missing pictures in, or anybody put those in?

users have zero ability to override any missing photos for players...only EA can do that. And unfortunately no, they will never include a roster or update that has 100% of players with photos.
