What is the best Roster in the Madden 17 Vault that represents Madden 18 ?

I saw TomGermany has a roster in the vault, titled end of August 2017.

I also saw a guy with a roster that was uploaded 9/2/17 and he claims all the guys in this M-17 roster have the default ratings EA gave them in the Madden 18 version of the game.

Any one know how reliable either of these rosters are ?

You may want to check with Armor over in the slider section...he is back on 17 and must have downloaded one of these...
