Updated file now up. Has all updated transactions up to this point also added Raiders P Colby Wadman to the game as well as DT Shakir Soto over Aldon Smith who is stuck on the Raiders roster and cannot be released due to injury limits in madden. Yes I know the years experience between Soto and Smith are way off but for now that's my only option and I'd rather have Soto who is actually on the team then Smith who's not.

If I were to purchase the offline version, how do I install it on an Xbox One? I'm familiar with the process on the Xbox 360, but not a One.

There is no offline version, it just shows u where the file is located on maddenshare through the game.
