What Season's Roster Should I Create ?

This would be for PS-4.
I am wanting to make a year that Percussion has never made, and a year that is not currently being worked on by any one on Madden 19.

I am open to any year from 1984 till 2010.
I would hope their are draft classes to use as well, but I am not hip to what draft classes currently reside in vault. Any help is appreciated. I am leaning towards 1998, as I think that year has never been done.

If any one would care to contribute, let me know. You would have to follow my guidelines, however. Go ahead and pitch your season + reasons why, and I will think about it until I finalise my decision.

Oh, and due to bad simulation and playcalling stats, this is for Madden 18.
I am doing 1998 and have some teams completed.

Using cotner84, 1995 (From Percussion's 1994) as base file.
Makes things much easier, as you only really have to create about 10-teams of players, to account fir incoming rooks from 96-98.

I tried to download the 2 latest ones showing up and it said the creator had deleted them.

I only have Madden 18 - I'm done with this game pretty much, but enjoy using the classic files.

Correct, just 2009. It will not show up in vault, when I upload ...
