Community Files not downloading correctly?

I’ve tried downloading a few different rosters and draft classes and after the download says it’s complete they are not showing up when I go to Load them. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes - I had the same problem - I submitted a question on the Q/A thread but have not received a response - to solve the problem temporarily I had to uninstall and then reinstall the game and download EVERY file that I would want to use.

I had this problem during the Trial period. Not sure what I did, but all of the sudden the problem went away and files started downloading/saving properly.

I also have the same problem on XB1. I reinstalled the game and that didn't help. Frustrating.

I Know On The PC Version Having Your Firewall On Can Cause This, If You Turn It Off It Will Work. Wouldn't Know What Would Be Causing It On The Console Version.

I tried to download the draft class directly when my franchise hit week 3. It said the file was downloaded successfully, then immediately loaded the game generated one. I can't find anything online yet on this.

This is EXTREMELY frustrating - it blows my mind year after year with EA how they release a project that needs additional work to it - this simple downloading execution should not be an issue but it is. I really hope they are working on this.

It seems like it's not affecting many people so I don't know if they will. Did you do the trial?
