Just hit the last year in Baker Mayfield's deal with the Brown and the offer is 7 years 108 million with a 133 million signing bonus. Total deal is $240 million.

Does that seem high to people? I can't even imagine the crazy deal you have to give to re-sign Mahomes.

Mahomes is projected to be the 1st 200 mil QB over 5 years as of now so 7 years 240 is actually lower than it should be

I've seen the $200 million part but haven't seen anyone say over just 5 years.

Not to mention people talked about Trout being the first $500 million baseball player and he didn't get that so we will see.

It's not necessarily a guess though it's just basing it off the yearly 10 mil increase in cap against the avg QB percentage which would be around 5 year 200 mil when Mahomes is up for extension, Madden goes by somewhat same formula as your cap increases year to year so do QB contracts
