Updated Roster with recently retired players added?

I'm going to start my Franchise, but want to have a couple of players that retired this past season in my league (J Nelson & T Newman). Any rosters that are realistic, but with recently retired players that could possibly sign with teams.
Anyone have them added to a updated roster (with avatar pics) on Xbox One?

As far as I'm aware nobody can give players genuine avatar pictures on consoles at least

Your best bet would be selecting a roster you prefer in other respects and creating them yourself ( using M19 ratings ? )

I dont have retired players from previous years created or added to my roster but in regards to most accurate rosters - I represent the xbox one community in those regards.
