I do have Jacob Eason. 68 Overall, 5th Round, Normal Dev. Upon review, I did make some adjustments!

Should stay in school and give Football Jesus a run for his money as QB#1 imo. I'll be honest in saying I haven't been looking at a ton of mock drafts. I prefer the Big Boards then individual scouting reports after that. I'm also trying to put in late round gems and busts, things like that.

I would hope he would but, maybe he won't. I know I am updating mine as the numbers are coming out but I took over a year to perfect a spreadsheet that translates madden combine numbers to real combine numbers soooo that way I can use the actual combine numbers to make their speed, agility, jumping, bench press, and 40 mean something. So, I can look up 4.27 sec that Ruggs ran and it translates that he would have a 97 speed in Madden.

I would hope for as much time he put into his draft that he would also be doing the same as I am.

Re: XB1 - 2020x Authentic Draft Class

I am working on an update since the combine produced some very very important numbers. I'll post here when I have an update. Cant wait to address some of the sleepers I saw at the combine.

I will say this, I dont give a guy 97 speed just because he ran a super good 40. It comes into play certainly but in game speed is something I take into account as well. Ruggs is definitely a 97 speed to me, I'm just addressing it in a generality.

Speed is speed and Madden bases their speeds on the madden combine numbers. I translated them numbers and anything between (roughly) 4.30-4.32 translates into a 96 speed. Between 4.47-4.50 translates into 90 speed. Also, look at someone like John Ross, he ran a 4.22 and he is a 99 speed. The rest of his ratings suck but madden stood through that his speed was a 99. Same with Hill, he ran a 4.29, he is a 99. Now, for example, Dalvin Cook, his 40 time was 4.49 which for me translates into a 91 and that matches his in game speed in the game.

You can't teach speed or strength. Either you have them or you don't.

Ques Walkins = 95
Mims = 94
Duverney = 93
Jefferson = 92

You can't teach speed.

Re: XB1 - 2020x Authentic Draft Class

Are you going to give Wirfs a 67 speed even though he ran faster than some RB and WR? Or are you going to be true to the game and their basis of combine and give the guy an 82?

I want my draft to as close to real as possible. That's why I took almost a month trying to figure out the madden combine and relation to madden rating numbers. Then I took almost all of Madden 19 to get it tweaked as close as possible. When it shows the madden combine numbers, in game, I want what I set to match the same numbers. That's how real I want my draft to be. I am not going to skew numbers to put my opinion into my draft, except for if I think they are a finesse guy or a power guy. That's where my opinion comes in... Or if I think they are a traditional 1 thrower or a gunslinger 1 thrower.

I mean, I hear you but combine speed doesnt always translate for on field/in pads speed. To each his own. I like to work off tape more than anything but combine numbers definitely a nice baseline.

It seems like you're fishing for some kind of competition here.. I do this for fun man, I wish you luck on your classes but I'm not going to get into a competition with you. Goodluck and goodbye.
