QB release times

Has anyone figured out the best way to differentiate release times in custom rosters? I want to make sure Dan Marino gets the ball out much quicker than most other QBs.

Is there a ranking if what throwing motions work fastest in game. Or does a certain attribute rating speed up or slow down the arm motion.

I know in base game Rodgers is very quick but using his ratings in a created QB doesn't seem to give that new QB the quick release
