XSX - community files not loading

I’ve reinstalled the game, deleted all my files, tried a different ISP, nothing works. Any ideas?

ive had the same problem. is it just luck of the draw if we can connect to the community files? seems like it

I do not have any words for EA and there inconsideration any more in delivering a FULL product from START to FINISH without interruption or difficulties along the especially to the Franchise Community

I’m having the same issues. Is there a draft file we can download on a pc and then use a usb drive to transfer to Xbox?

Any other solutions to this? I tried deleting game data, etc. I know it's not my ISP blocking because I used my cell as an alternate. I have no issue signing into EA, downloading rosters, UT stuff (if I played it), basically everything except getting into the shared/community portion. Also, it's not that I can't download from there once there, I can't get there to begin with.

Same situation on PS5. Cannot get to "Community Shared Files.

I have the same issue. It’s sad but I essentially just keep on mash and repeating the process and it is ridiculous, but it takes like half an hour for it to eventually download a new file.

Same exact issue for over 2+ years and EA still hasn't fixed it..... incredibly not surprising
