I have zero control over EA's Live Playbooks that are provided - so can't help you there. For me personally in franchise, I just make sure my offense and defensive playbook is still up to date with the defensive scheme that our current coaches are running.

For example if I'm a Chicago Bears fan - whenever I choose to start franchise this year or even in play now - I would be switching the defensive play scheme or playbook over to a 4-3 since a.) that's how it will be in 2022 as well as how my roster is currently set up to represent.
If I'm a Seahawks fan - I'll be seeing a 3-4 defensive scheme in 2022 much more than ever according to the coach, so the roster is set up to a 3-4....meaning I would need to utilize a 3-4 playbook/defense in game as well.

I’m still playing my franchise for last year coaches is if somewhere I can find the right defense schemes and offense so I can change the playbooks for the right ones for last year coaches so it can be more realistic?

Not really sure what you mean.... outside of head coaching changes, the only defensive scheme changes this year so far are the Seahawks (now a 3-4) and Bears (now a 4-3). As far as offensive playbooks...I haven't really been able to dig in to it too much for accuracy. Trying to get these rosters updated has been enough stress as it is.

If you notice any mistakes on the roster with contractual years (only of players recently moved) please let me know and I'll adjust the years. My brain has been in a fog lately so I wouldn't be surprised if I missed one or two.
