All pro and all madden

I love this game, I really do but the difference in these modes are insane. I play with the all pro sliders on this forum and at 9-0 playing as the chargers. I then use Matt10 sliders and i'm 1-8. I am by no means this best madden player but I am no means the worst. I don't understand why these modes are so different even with sliders. Idk what to do. I can't find a happy medium. I have upped the all pro sliders in favor of the cpu and still win. and vice versa with matt10's all madden sliders.

any suggestions

My happy medium always ends up like this.. I'm like you too good for All Pro no matter the sliders and too terrible for All Madden no matter the sliders.

I resort to and always have the best time just "Playing The Moments" on All Pro. 15 minute quarters. 15-20 sec run off. Default All Pro Sliders. X-Factors/Abilities turned off. My games plus CPU games get 105-125 plays from scrimmage. My mind is at ease with that and I just play.

I'm currently 7-5 with the Browns in the AFC North, tied with the Bengals for 1st place. I'd be 11-1 or 12-0 by default if I played the games on All Pro. Here you get losses, you get chances at come backs. It's a blast for me.

I know this ain't for everyone, but it's how I have to play to get any enjoyment at all out of Madden.

I wish they would bring back difficulty for offense and defense. I would play AM on offense and AP on defense. I've played almost exclusively on AM this year except for a stretch on AP. I've seen on these boards that AP plays even in terms of roster ratings. If I were stuck in between difficulties then I would stick with all pro. I stopped messing with sliders a while ago because I feel like I'm chasing the perfect game. Now I only change penalties and keep gameplay sliders at default.

Was this ever in Madden? I can't remember. I know NCAA Football had this, but drawing a blank on Madden for some reason.

But yeah this needs to be a thing for sure. Opens up more ways to play!

It was in Madden 25 for sure. Not sure if they used it again after that.

I'm currently running all madden, only slider adjustments are 25 run block, 25 interceptions, for both user and cpu. I play with ball hawk, switch assist, off, flip defense on. Everything else default, except fatigue at 25 to combat current fatigue glitch.

Is the cpu QB robo QB at times? yes. I play more man defense than zone, and overall I am getting good results with these. Other recommendation, play with an offensive playbook you really know in and out, so you know the route combinations that will work for 3rd and 6+'s - the pressure comes quick with these.
